InternalSettings11 was actually originally intended to be working as a Springtomize/mikoto/Calypso, etc. alternative - but now is an emergency tweak (of sorts) for semi-untethered jailbroken devices.
NOTICE: you *must* completely uninstall and remove this tweak in order to use Cydia Eraser; not doing this will either not at all wipe it clean, or it will just wipe the iOS device to an unsatisfactory and insufficiently cleaned state. This is completely bad for you, especially if you use a semi-untethered jailbreak, and it makes your device function as if it was running an iOS internal install. This *must* be done on a semi-untethered jailbroken iOS 9.2-9.3.3 ARM64-bit device, or any iOS 9.3.5 ARM32-bit jailbroken iOS device, or any iOS 10 semi-untethered jailbroken device including iPhone 7/7 Plus. EDIT: Welp, that as a mess-up. Recently, it was found out that you don't actually need to remove InternalSettings11 before using Cydia Eraser to restore your iOS device. It was at first assumed that it was required to do so (and we thought it was necessary), but we were wrong about that actually; as later on, it was decided to see if that was correct. So, it was tested on an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 9.3.2 with InternalSettings11 installed, and we ran through this just to ensure this theory we thought up of was correct, and it turns out: we were right, you really don't actually need to remove InternalSettings11 before using Cydia Eraser at all, you can seriously just use Cydia Eraser like normal, and it will remove the tweak entirely for you and everything else you have installed on your iOS device and it will unjailbreak it entirely, no problem at all. So, in summary: risks were taken, and InternalSettings11 was removed, along with our jailbreak, but in the end, the good part was that it worked perfectly, and the device works fine, and it is now rejailbroken again with Pangu for iOS 9.2-9.3.3. And later on, we will sort out all of this confusion you might be dealing with and fix it up for you. It's just a matter of time before we do so, and as of lately, it has been super extremely busy for us recently, as we have only have had an iPhone 6 Plus to test this with because of the uncomfortsble feeling of not wanting and not willing to take risks to test it on our other iOS devices, and our iPhone 6 Plus is sadly all messed up with because of that sad and horrid touch disease issue (which is asinine to say the least :/).
**PLEASE BACK UP YOUR DEVICE IN ITUNES BEFORE INSTALLING THIS TWEAK!!!**
This tweak enables hidden and interesting internal settings and features used by Apple internally.
It has been tested on numerous devices running on many firmwares from iOS 7 to iOS 10, and iOS 11 even, and it even works on iOS 7, iOS 8, iOS 9, and iOS 10 and it is ready for iOS 11. All iOS devices are supported, including iPhone 7 & iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6S & iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus, and the iPhone 5S. And all ARM64-bit devices are supported too, including iPads, including all ARM32-bit devices like the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5C, and iPhone 4S, and iPhone 4, iPod touch 5G, iPad 2 & iPad 3 and iPad 4, and iPad mini, etc. InternalSettings11 is also handy and useful for the ARM64-bit iOS 9.2-9.3.3 semi-untethered jailbreak, and the ARM32-bit iOS 9.3.5 semi-untethered Phoenix jailbreak, as well as the iOS 10 semi-untethered jailbreaks, such as mach_portal and extra_recipe and yalu102, and it is a noteworthy package for developers, but it is mostly an "emergency" tweak of sorts for semi-untethered jailbreaks.

More to come very soon, sorry for the (extremely) long overdue IS11 update, I've just been busy lately. :/
